How old are you? When you are young almost anything sexual that you do may have an effect on your period, like delaying it or making it start early etc. When I was a teen my girl was 16 and she used to have tremendous pain with her period. So bad she would be in bed. When we started dating her mother noticed that she wasn't having as much pain and suspected that we were doing something, and she was right. It seemed that the fingering and oral sex I was doing for her gave her significant relief from that pain so she had to begin faking the pain.
When I got married my wife was 20 and if we had sex near the expected start of her period sometimes it would trigger it early and sometimes it would delay it and we would think she might be pregnant. As she got older it seemed that her body became more regular with those things and wasn't as screwy.
