for about a week i have been exhausted, have had diarrhea, slight fever,and when I use my eyes to look to the left or the right I feel so dizzy that I have fallen down a couple of times...not when I move my head and concentrate on keeping my eyes steady, but only when, for example just now, i glance up at the clock above my computer...
and i feel like I am falling into the floor and my heart feels like it skips a beat.
???do i have a bad flu or what?
