hi
im a 26 y/o guy who has an active sex life. A year ago last november i had a one night stand with a girl, protected, after being dumped by my fiance. bit stupid, i know. she didnt display any symptoms of any infection that i could see, i had brief contact orally (and i mean brief, 2 seconds) and as i said, we had protected sex.
after that night i havent seen her since. a month and a half later, i had an aching feeling in the glans of my penis, there were no visual symptoms, no discharge, normal runnings except the ache, and a slight burn after urinating. By this point i was masturbating every two days. I went to my local doctor, who prescribed me doxycycline, on a two week dosage, and encouraged me to not "engage in private activities". After that fortnight of treatment, the ache was still there so i went back and he prescribed me a weeks worth of Ciprofloxacin. During the course of this antibiotic, i still had the ache tho it lessened until it went a week after the end of the course. at this point it was a week into february (i continued masturbating during the last course of treatment) this was the first and only time i experienced this kind of pain.
I went and had a full 3 swab test and blood test at my local GUM clinic, and by mid feb they came back saying negative for all tests. (doctor said i should have had tests before taking any antibiotics). From then on i enjoyed a single life without sex, masturbating daily, and without lubricant (this had never been a problem in the past). from the beginning of march i noticed dry areas on my foreskin and frenulum after masturbation. Despite this, i carried on as normal, and the dry skin turned into scabs which would be a bit painful but disappeared after 2-3 days of inactivity. I have started using liquid KY jelly and it seems to have solved the problem, however when i dont use it, i still get the cracked skin and scabs along the frenulum area only (no cuts or scabs anywhere else ever)
However, i started a new relationship in august last year (2006) with a new girl, and after each time we had sex, around my genital area, not the penis itself as it was protected sex, i noticed small spots that started from follicles in the skin, which would turn into rather large spots. these disappeared after 3-4 days, during which i used salt bathing only in that region.
From what i have said, (and i know a proper diagnosis cannot be made) i was wondering if anyone could advise me on whether what i have experienced and am currently experiencing, is anything to worry about? this has only happened this past year, so im just worried that from the sounds of it, i may have something
Any help is appreciated

Did you ask the doctor about this last symptoms?
I had something similar at the frenulum (dry, hardned skin) which caused me to be inable to retract my foreskin...
I was diagnosed with BXO, some sort of weird disease and needed to be circumsised...

I don't want to scare you or anything, but i would see the doctor again.
It can alle be cured if you are there on time.
Greets and good luck!
