Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I have very uncommon and maybe a serious problem. I had intercourse with a female 3 days ago and used a condom. I though I was well protected but I guess I wasn’t. However, we did perform oral sex and manual stimulation on each other without any protection and I must have infected my self doing it.
The next morning I woke up I have noticed some white and dry skin on the shaft of my penis.
I was petrified when I saw it.
Please tell me this isn’t something serious. I don’t know anything about this. Could you please tell me what it is, and what I can do or use to help clear it up?

Well, to be honest with you, I don’t know really a lot about this but the thing you have described remanded me on the condition my good friend noticed last year. He has contacted his urologist imidiately and after some skin samples, he determined that he suffer from some disease called BXO- Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans.
I don’t know a lot about this condition but he told me that it is some kind of inflammation of the tip of the organ caused by some fungi.
There are several creams and tablets which can be prescribed and will deal with this hard to remove fungus.
Condom almost certainly would have prevented STD infection, especially right at the tip of the penis. So, I don’t think that this is some STD. Wish you luck!
