For the past few weeks, I have been getting this dull pains in my chest, sometimes caused with heavy breathing. The pains have also occured in my upper back, neck, left arm, groin, abdomen and side of my left rib cage. I went to the doctor when I started experiencing the chest pains and they diagnosed me with acute pnuemonia, but since then the pains have spread all over. Could it still be pnuemonia, or is it something else? The only signs I ever showed of pnuemonia were chest and back paines. Is that normal?
What are some other possibilities?
