Hello. You can describe ear polyps as red lumps. They are very gentle. They bleed to even slightest touch. These polyps can be a sign of cholesteatoma which is a bigger problem. Polyps are removed surgically. Outer ear disorders can be congenital. Some of them are anotia, microtia and macrotia. They all refer to the auricle appearance.
