I have a 20 day cycle, my period is late by 2 days. However am experiencing breast tenderness and lower abdominal pain. Could these be early pregnancy signs??

Hi there! Yes these could be pregnancy symptoms, but these could also be just pms symptoms... If your period is already late you could do pregnancy test now, it should be quite accurate. I get similar symptoms usually a couple of days before my period is due. So if other pregnancy symptoms are not present, I would doubt the pregnancy possibility. Take care. :-)
