Hi, I need some help with cold prevention for my kids. They are teenagers and just started with practicing soccer. I am afraid that their immune system will decrease a bit and that they could be more easily affected by colds, flu, infections etc. So, is Echinacea any good for prevention of all that?

You have to be aware that maybe just in start their organisms will be a bit under stress, but as they continue with their training process, they will get stronger and stronger. But they will be under a lot of physical stress, so the food intake has to be increased (only healthy food!) and with vitamins and minerals they should be just fine. Echinacea might help too.
