I am in my late 40's and I have been doing online research for over the counter male enhancement products. The one common statement by ALL manufacturers is that BLOOD FLOW is the key to size, erections, virility, etc. I understand THAT. Here's my concern. I have been taking VYVANSE for ADD for several months. The effects on my flaccid size is AWFUL! I used to get the same results when I took amphetamines/coke recreationally. (I gave that sh@t up 20 years ago!) My question is; if increasing blood flow to the penis helps with size, erections, etc, THEN can taking an ADD med for a long time cause permanent damage to the penis (because blood flow is GREATLY reduced) My doctor told me that ADD meds were vascular constrictors and shrinkage COULD be a side effect. If blood flow is essential to PENILE HEALTH, then the LACK OF IT (blood flow) SHOULD be damaging. Has anyone talked to a doctor about this?

Flaccid size isn't indicative of "penile health," nor is it important in general. Vyvanse will not make your penis smaller... or unhealthy. If you're worried about it, just masturbate every other day or so... voila, plenty of blood flow. On the other hand, vyvanse could decrease your libido, i.e. your desire for sex. Also, OTC male enhancement products are bogus and many contain stimulants... which would be contraindicated (a big no-no) if you're on vyvanse. Flaccid size? Don't fret man, it only matters that you can grow it... not show it... and even then, 4-5 inches will do just fine. Keep your head up (ha) and if you want to work on an achievable goal... try kegels to boost your staying power and work on your oral skills. That's some real sh*t. Hey man im 15 yr old male just started taking vyvance for my adhd and so far it has done nothing for me at all bad nor good except for the fact it has made my penis smaller! throughout the day it remains shriveld up to the max. it is smaller while erect to not to mention its harder to get erect. my question is can you explain all that to me and my last question would be will taking adhd meds affect the growth of my penis im still growing and want to reach full potential & i fear vyvance or even if i switch to another adhd med will altimately stunt my penis growth. It was a one time thing, last night i took 2 vyvanse (only suppose to take 1) and a few hours i started masturbating. I didnt really achieve an orgasm, instead a small amount of semen was ejaculated bu like i said there was no real stimulation. I didnt think much of it. Vyvanse is an Amphetamine-based ADHD control drug. Amphetamines result in the constriction of blood vessels (Vasoconstriction) . reducing blood flow to the penis. unfortunately, Amphetamine-based drugs are usually the most effective.

I'm 29 male and I have always been so turned on thru out the day i mean from getting up with morning erection to during day erection to coming home I just stayed turned on but since I started vyvanse I have notice the same problems other males have occurred, now as far as being painful when cumming that has not occured but the shrinkage has happen and I'm not at all happy and especially with not being erected so much this medication works great but for the Ed problems now that's a big concern but there is this medication I'm thinking about ordering and I hVe seen the result for size and libdo to get the problem fixed so I'm thinking about ordering it....

I started taking vyvanse about a month ago, 30mg, and have recently moved up to 40mg. I have positive results concerning my A.D. The longer I have taken VYVANSE, penis shrinkage is a definite, loss of sex drive is real, and most importantly, lack of penile erection is a major issue. I current cannot achieve an erection...Major Concern ! I plan on discussing these issues with my doctor soon. I will admit, prior to the negative sexual side effects, I did have a single event with my lady where my erection was more powerful than usual...We had great sex that night & the next morning, but I'm certain the VYVANSE had worn~off. Now, it doesn't matter if the VYVANSE is still in my system or worn~off; my ability to achieve arousal and erection has disappeared...HELP!!!
