For about a week now I've bin getting really bad stomach cramps and hav missed a month of period and them come on the next month and then missed another month and never had this pain befor I got really sore nipple and bad stomach cramps but today I did a pregnant test to find I was not pregnant so can some one plz tell me wat else could be coursing these symptoms

Hi all
Me and my boyfriend have sex very frequently and I have been tired a lot more than usual. I never ever sleep in the daytime but the last week or so I have been falling asleep. I am feeling light headed, have had cramping pains in my stomach but not like a period pain! I also have had a little white discharge that I've never really had before. My nipples are really sore but not the rest of my boobs. Could I be pregnant? Please help !!!!
