stomach cramps, bloated, tender right breast, pregnant or PARANOID?

for the past couple of weeks i had been experiencing weird stomach cramps, bloating and some gas. that did go away though, but now my chest is very sore under the breast and in between them, my right breast now feels sore. my left breast feels fine though, which is what i find odd. they dont look any different, and it's not the nipple that's sore but the actual breast. it also feels heavier than usual, the left one feels the same. could i have maybe pulled something because i was doing some pilates during those weeks. and I know it's not my period because 1) i never get symptoms before my period starts especially not sore breasts & 2) these symptoms started right after my last period ENDED so im not due for another few weeks maybe.

but a little bit about my last period... i got it the day after me and my boyfriend were fooling around. i touched the tip of his penis which was moist from inside his jeans, pulled my hand out which then my fingers were exposed to the air but then i touched myself a few minutes later but i was very wet and i heard those things are good swimmers and now im worried that there was some sperm in his precome and got inside SOMEHOW, (but i didn't insert a finger just rubbed the outside) but then my boyfriend fingered me and it did hurt because it was my first time (and im sure he never touched himself before touching me) but after he did it i had this bad cramping in my stomach. the next morning i got my period, which i wasn't even expecting (about a week early) im always irregular though.

and this period that i had was a little heavier than usual and only lasted about 4 days. then i started getting those weird symptoms.

so... is it possible that i'm pregnant? i've never had actual sex before. now im paranoid as hell. because i think i got MYSELF pregnant. D:
