Hey everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am in need of some answers or opinions. I been to the doctor twice and an going back again next week. I am 22 years old. I am having a serious problem with my testicles. My symptoms are very odd. In my opinion at least. I'm sorry for being so detailed but I feel like I have to in order for you to fully understand what is happening. Well I have noticed a lump on the very bottom of my left testicle. It seems like it comes and goes every now and then through out the day. The are red sometimes and swollen and some times droopy. I also am having some lower back pain too. Sometimes pretty bad. And pain in my sides and abs. But here's the weird part whenever I am sexually arroused or have an erection. There are two lumps! One on both testicles at the bottom in the same spot. And after an ejaculation it goes right down. Why? The doctor said it's epididymitis and I am on ciprofloxacin. Been on it for over a month. Nothing has changed. It seems to be the worse at night. Chills, the lumps, back pain and side pain. I am so worried about some sort of cancer . I can not find any sort of site or anything that can give me a diagnosis or that show something with my exact symptoms does ANYONE have an idea or even an opinion on what this could be? There is no discharge or blood or anything. But it seems like I do no produce as much semen as I did when this was not there. I work at a factory doing heavy lifting 10+ hours a day . Could that have anything to do with it? I am only sexual active with my girlfriend of 3 Years. Please somebody give me some ideas on how to fix this or what is wrong.
