Hi honey! IF it has never felt good that's one issue, if it just started feeling bad that's another!

Obviously you have no problem become aroused, it's just the sensation! So 1st lets get to the bottom of when this started OK? And then I will try and help you further!

There is a condition where a boys/mans penis is VERY overly sensitive, so any sensation makes it feel on fire! The only way to get through this is by desensitizing it! I know this sounds like a silly question but "do you have the princess and the pea syndrome"? What I mean by that is this, do you feel things TOO much? Such as a tiny bump in the bed feels like a ball! Or your skin gets really red and itchy in the sun or near heat etc. Also do you have probelms with your overall skin in the cold? Moreso than your friends etc. And are you irritated by loud noises - like a heavy bass!?

I know I keep asking you questions but have you had a back injury - EVER! OR a groin injury - from a bike, or a kick etc.?

I think that your penis is suffering from a sensory deprivation from either around your scrotum or from your back! Either way you need to see a urologist! And they need to give you a full Pelvic checkup!

Also you mentioned that you are a gay! Has that been a problem for you - as in your emotional wellbeing, or family/friends reactions etc? Because your brain is your biggest sex organ, and if you have hangups or past sexual trauma - someone making fun of you, feeling dirty etc etc - this can GREATLY affect the pleasure zone of your brain! I always want people to start out with the lowest denominator - to see how they feel about things first and foremost! IF you are and have always been comfortable with your sexuality and nothing untowards happened from that, then it would be definitely a great idea to get checked out by a urologist!
