I am so confused I had a tubal and oblation plus had my left ovary removed the tubal was done 16yrs ago and the oblation was 5yrs ago with the ovary because a baby tried to form and was extremely painful so they removed it. But now even tho I was told by my doctor that I can't have no more kids and I haven't had a period since but did get the crankyness and sore breasts yet I'm having every symptom of a newly pregnant woman it is scary cuz I have read that it's extremely dangerous to both mom and baby that most times it's a miscarriage and is it true that it won't show up on a regular pregnancy test (urine test)

Hi Guest,

An ectopic pregnancy can show up on a home pregnancy (urine) test.  Remember though, urine tests DO NOT always work reliably.

It would be unlikely that you could carry a child to term after having an ablation.  The lining of your uterus was removed.  It can grow back but, in most cases, can not support a fetus and you would miscarry.

See your doctor.

Good luck.
