Hello, doctor I have a problem that my penis shrinkage inward easily if I did exercise, If I became nervous, if I felt worried and any situation that requires an ordinary effort. I didn't suffer from this condition before.This condition came to me at a night after I had decrease in blood circulation and I couldn't breathe, but I didn't go to a doctor I slept and after that by few days, I had that condition of my penis.

This is probably just a regular penis shrinkage or reversible torsion.
It is a normal physiological response which is caused by changes in blood flow in the body due to exercise or stress.
It's like when the penis is exposed to cold temperatures or during intense physical activity, the blood vessels in the penis may narrow, causing less blood to flow to the area and resulting in the penis appearing to shrink.
The good news is that this is a temporary condition and will usually resolve on its own.
