i am 50 and have just noticed over the last 2 months that my underwear is always damp from sweating balls/ scrotum area. however theres no nasty smell with it so its an annoying thing i guess rather than i serious issue. but ive got no idea why its happening. im fit +active for my age +maybe slightly underweight definintely not over weight so i dont think its candida. any1 got any ideas?

Im 27 in it's been happening to me for a yr now.. To wear as i literally sit a fan to blow my balls directly to dry an stop the sweatness... I never had to do this before, also it feels like it breathing.. It's annoying. I know what it does that, keep my semen at temperature, but the sweating i have no idea. This all new to me...

Thought it was only me. Kind of relieved to know other guys having this problem. It's the combination of the sweatiness and itchiness. I don't really like the idea of going to the doctor. It's rather an embarrassing issue.

im sorry to burst your bubble but im now 44 and i have had this problem for a few years now i dont have any smell issue its just dampness of the ball bag i also have dark marks either side of my balls were they touch my inner thighs, at its worst point my skin was pealing through the dampness on my ball's, that was a while back, it could just be an over active gland thats causing the sweat or we could all have ball bag cancer lol i think we need professional help.

Anyone actually tried the botox solution? My sweating has gotten so bad in my groin area that my sink has gotten raw and red between the crease of my thighs and testicles and starts to smell. I would have to shower and dry my skin at least 5 times a day just to help with the problem. I even constantly use extra strength gold bond bowder and it's just a temporary relief and also use Retina A cream to try to help with the itch and rash and also use Defense Body wash in the groin area. This happens inside when its in the low 70's and when i lay down my head sweats too but at least j don't get a rash there. But when I go outside during the day I live in California and it's just hot but my groin area is just in a pool of sweat and my underwear is soaked and I'm not being physical at all. Same with my forehead. I'm seriously looking into this botox thing as this has been happening for several years now and seems to be worse here cause it's more humid as I used to live in Utah.
Will it be covered by your insurance? I would assume so since it's helping with a medical problem.

Been having this problem for about 2 months now. More in the groin area though. Sometimes it gets so sweaty down there it causes water blisters. Been noticing my bedspread has been damped lately where I sit for about maybe a hour. The smell isn't the greatest either. I'm 36. I am on the heavy side. I weigh about 290, but I'm 6'4" also lol so i don't look 290. But this problem started with me when I started working a psychical job. Thought it was normal at first and would pass cause I sweat alot at work. But never in my groin area. I haven't went to my GP yet to figure out what's wrong exactly. I'm assuming it's my salt intake which makes u sweat alot if u have alot of salt on things, but who knows exactly. Maybe I drank too much water haha, that's all I ever drink.

I have had this problem too. I tried the honey treatment however my dog wouldn't let me and he kept licking the honey off my ball bag. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
