I have had this problem for 13 years now (since the birth of my child) with and without an IUD, with and without hormones, with and without birth control pills :(
It is yucky to feel dirty all the time. I hope yours cleared up but they told me it was my IUD so I took it out... it most certainly did not solve the problem. The doctor said she can put me on some pills that help but they would dry everything else too like my mouth, etc. I did not go for it.

I am 16 and have had this problem as long as I can remember. I've been too embarrassed to tell anybody and I thought I was the only one, glad to know I'm not. Part of it for me is related to allergies to perfumes and such, but no matter what it's just a constant annoyance. I feel dirty (and mine stinks), and it's like I'm wetting my pants. I don't want to try birth control or anything like that, and I don't know how to use tampons. I wear pads constantly, and it's super uncomfortable and I constantly have rashes. Please help

Sounds like cervical erosion. Look it up and ask your doctor about it.

I would just wearing panty liners not pads.. kotex long are the best I find. Keep you dry without irritating c**p out of you like pads.. I've dealt with this for long as I remember.. even dr during a pap mentioned it, but all test came bk negative.. maybe your just a very sexual person and getting turned on more then you realize?

I too have been having the same exact problem. Clear constant discharge. I can feel it coming out as well, it's uncomfortable and embarrassing. I have to change my underwear at least twice a day. I tried wearing a pad but it makes me sweaty there and seems to make matters worse. All my pap's and test results for std's or any bacterial infections have always came back clear. It has always been an issue as long as I can remember but over the past year it has gotten extremely worse. I have delivered 3 children (8lb, 8.5lb, and 9lb- my last one being almost 4 years ago now) and well the effects of those vaginal deliveries and this now getting worse have made my sex life with my husband almost null. We have been together for 16 years and that has never been an area that we struggled in, in fact up until about a year ago I would say we were way more active than other's that have been together that long. I am a very sexually driven person so this is causing issues and it's new to us so we don't know how to handle it. He doesn't want to hurt my feelings but I know this excessive discharge is the reason he is having a hard time staying erect due to lack of sensation. The only thing I have found that kind of helps sometimes is using powders to help keep my dry but I try not to do that too often in fear that will cause an infection itself. Anyone have any pointers or suggestions or have heard anything useful from their doctor? TIA

The weight gain without excessive eating sounds like polysistic ovarian syndrome. Just a thought! It can cause everything to go out of whack

I was soooo hoping there would be a clear cause and treatment by the time I read to the end of this thread. I’m at my wits end with this. I also feel ‘dirty’ all the time. My sex life has tanked (married 15 years) and my self esteem seems to be getting sucked down with it. I wish that medical professionals would stop calling this normal and telling us too bad, nothing we can do.

I wish there was research or a research group of some type. I too feel it’s gone beyond anything normal.

What do you ladies do to cope? Is douching really so bad?

I have been reading all of these posts and beginning to think that I should see a doctor because unlike all of these posts where it says no odour, I have an extreme odour and it’s so Heavy that it feels like I’m on the first day of my period all the time. I have to wear a pad, not a panty liner all the time and change it just as often as I would if I were on my period. I does itch. I do not have any STI’s as I am a virgin. I have asked around (family/close friends) and no one else has this problem. I don’t want to go to the doctor and than it be nothing, but I also don’t want to end up being sick and not treating it.
