I know that telangiectasia is inherited disorder and that it can affect many systems in the body. I need to know where symptoms usually occur. Are they possible on the eyes too? My friend’s child seems to have it and I don’t think that they realize how serious his condition is.

The most obvious symptoms of telangiectasia are multiple telangiectases that are easily visible in the white of the eye and skin areas such as the ear and nose, graying of the hair, and irregular pigmentation of the skin in areas exposed to sunlight. There is decreased coordination of movements (in late childhood). There are other symptoms and signs too, but I am sure that they are aware of them already. You know that there is no specific treatment for this disease and that an early death is expected.
