About 5 months ago I collapsed for no reason. However this may have been because I had to go on holiday at 3am and I only got 45 minutes sleep before that. However, since then I've started to get anxious about my health. Recently I seem to have read a lot of articles about panic attacks and am now really scared I'm going to get one. I'm now very conscious of my breathing. When I'm not thinking about it I seem to breathe normally but when I do think about it my chest seems to feel tight and I worry that there's something wrong. Also, in the past few days my heart has been beating very fast. I'm also wondering if this means theres something wrong, although it could be that I'm just feeling quite anxious at the moment. Also, completely unrelated, I've got a high pitched sound in one of my ears. It doesn't bother me during the day but I can hear it when I go to bed and it's silent. I don't know if this is a problem either.
