I had a few instances where this has happened to me. I even had to go to the hospital once. Here is what I found out. I was not anemic, but I had low iron. Ferrous Sulfate dosages should help raise your iron levels (ferritin) up. Basically, you can have low iron but not be anemic, but your body is not absoring the iron (something like that). Anyway. I also have low blood pressure. These two things paired with anxiety really escalated my diagnosis. This happened six months ago. Occasionally, I have the same symptoms, but they have subsided since I started the ferrous sulfate. As a side note. Get your blood work done and have your ferritin and b12 levels checked. You do not want to take b12 supplements if you don't have a problem. I started, and they absord quickly, and I almost hallucinated. Moral of story, get blood work done before you start taking supplements.

Do your best to get good quality sleep time; research all the tips on how to do this, like no flashy lights or heavy exercise or heavy meal immediately before sleep, etc.
make sure your diet is good; use vitamin/iron supplements if need but beware overdosing due to certain vitamin content % rda's overlapping. Vitamin suppliers are useless at minding this!
check your current meds inc coil.
I've known several people who don't fair well with hormone changes; yes, the pill does have chemicals that can cause an unfavourable imbalance in your hormones. See your doctor.
Look into medical reasons and confer with the doctor; it may be a thyroid problem or something else.
Good luck sorting and please do let us know how it goes :)
