Feeling Nausea every morning, not pregnant, no apetite until

I went on holiday to Ibiza at the end of august and when i came back i was home for a week then all the symptoms started, Loss of apetite, No eneregy, Nausea, Vomiting, Diorreah. At first when i was ill i was bad for the whole day until the night time where i felt better and could eat, but then as soon i woke back up the next day i was stright in the toilet dry heaving or actually been sick, when i was been sick it was only acid as i had nothing in my stomach to come up.
After been to the doctors about 6 times, at first they said i had Gastereonitis, then they said i had IBS, then when i went the last time the doctor gave me some tablets to stop the acid in my stomach, after taking these tablets for a day i felt soo much ebtter and was fine for 2 weeks maybe only feeling a little bit nausea twice a week.
I then took thses tablets for 2 weeks and after the 2 weeks i have started to feel ill again, this is only on a morning thought until around 1pm when i start to feel better again. If i eat it makes me feel a bit better but i dont have an apetitie until after lunch.
Ive had sever blood test taken and a water and stool sample and all came back negative. I realy want to get better now as its starting to get me down waking up every day feeling sick.
