Getting too much fiber is about as bad as not getting enough.  Are you having a constipation problem?  There are a number of foods you can have that will help with the amount of fiber you need for the day.  Consider some oatmeal for breakfast.  A cup of oatmeal will supply you with soluble and insoluble fiber.  About a half of cup per will do.  During the day make sure you have veggies and some fruit anywhere from 3 to 6 servings.  If you like you can have a slice of whole wheat bread.  All of this should be more than enough to keep you regular and feeling good.
