Hello,

Im 28 yrs old and I just stopped taking the pill (my husband and I want to start trying). Last week was my sugar pill week...and i got my period. I feel like i have cramps today. Is it normal to experience cramping a few days after stopping the pill? Or could I be ovulating already, even though i just had my period last week?
