Genetics. If your family has big boobs you're more likely to get them, if your family isn't huge-breasted than its more than likely to say they won't grow much... And having big boobs is hard trust me I'm a 32DDD and I get chest pains and have very tender shoulders, plus looking for a nice support bra is very difficult...

Just be glad you don't have them that large. Large breasts are more of a disadvantage than an advantage. I KNOW. I was already wearing a 42 size bra at age 12. I started with a 38 size bust at age 9.

Not always true. I have experienced contrary to it. I am the youngest of 3 sisters and the bustiest of all3. I developed my boobs at an earlier age than did my older sisters. My older sisters didn't grow theirs til they were 12 and I was already larger breast than them ate age 8. In fact I'm the bustiest of my family and relation.
