I am 40 and for the past 7 years I've had a foul smelling white discharge, it's gets even worse when I have my menstrual. The doctors checked and find no signs of infection or anything, but it didn't start until about 3 months after having the depo-privera shot. Since the shot caused me not to have menstruals for like 7 months, do you think that it may have been the cause? I know that we our menstrual releases waste from the body so if it wasn't released for those 7 months could that be it and if so what can I do? Is there a over the counter medication for it or can a dr prescibe something to get rid of it forever?

Something foul smelling is never a good sign. I find it frightning that your doctor has not found anything wrong with you. I would get a second opinion right away.
I was on Depo for years, never get a period, that was the only time that I ever got a yeast infection, but that had nothing to do with not getting my period. It had to do with the hormonal changes my body went through while I was on that terrible form of birth control.... as it has screwed me up for life.
I definatly suggest getting to another doctor... white foul smelling discharge is not normal... some smells can be ok depending on where you are in your cycle and what you are eatting.. but that is only possibles and I do not think your case.
