above my right testicle is a hard lump, so it feels like i have two testicles on top of each other, however when i wake up its normal and all i can feel if the epidermis. Its feels like the lump leads from a swallen bit on the side of where your pubic hairs are.

Do you have the feeling as if this second lump is aggravated or more noticeable when you, for example, cough, laugh, or sneeze? Can you, in any way, push it back inside the body?
What you described doesn’t sound like anything familiar except maybe inguinal hernia although most second lumps show up in the groins and sometimes in a testicle!
Hernia is a disorder in which an organ (usually a bowel) protrudes through a muscle wall and this looks like a lump that could usually be brought back inside and that is aggravated by movements I have already described.
Some people don’t treat hernias and their hernias are left alone while others need to have it operated. It is not a hard and severe operation and recovery is quick.
However, your lump is not necessarily hernia. It would be best if you had it checked by an urologist to make sure what it is. This is the only way to realize what is going on.
