Girlfriend bleed when i figured her!

the other day i was fingering my girlfriend and she bleed quite alot we have done this many times before and we have also had sex a few times i am her first sexual partner and lost her virginity not long ago. the first time she bled whislt i was fingering her i started off with 1 finger and worked my way up to using 4 i thought this was the cause for her bleeding. Today i was fingering her again and i used 1 and 2 fingers but went quite deep and she bled again not as much this time i thought but when she got home she told me it was loads i have no idea what this could be as weve had sex so her hymen is broke any ideas on what else could be causing this?
