I am an 18 year old female and just recently purchased some OneADay Vitamins from the store. One thing I'm worried about though is if they can possibly make me fat.. I have never really taken any vitamins before but want to start. I eat like c**p and never really eat vegetables or many fruits either. My mom suggested that I take vitamins but I'm afraid they will make me fat and obviously I don't want to gain weight. Anyone know if just a regular daily teenage vitamin can make someone fat?

i can tell you i asked the same question before, because i didnt want to get fat and my doctor said to me "do you stuff your face" , i reply saying sometimes and he says "if you stuff your face with fatty foods then youre only making it easier to gain the weight, so eat right and you'll be fine" lol

The problem is though I got these vitamins so I don't have to necessarily eat right. Hmm.

i would just try it out for a month or so, eat how you always do, and if you see a change then stop taking them and if you dont then continue them :-)

Lol. I don't even want to try them for a month if there is even a slight chance that they could make me fat. I don't even want to gain a pound! hahah
