Yesterday I started feeling a bit of discomfort right on the inside of my anus, and today it got a little worse. I'm extremely worried as to what it may be, but not sure if it's something that would require medical attention. By spreading the anal canal, I was able to take a picture of this growth and I would like to share it with you in hopes that maybe someone might know what it is.
I'll only link the picture, as it's slightly graphic and I don't want to disturb those who may not wish to see such things.
Thank you in advance for helping me with this issue.

Dear Nokosa: That totally looks like a hemmoroid to me! When they are inside it can be a lot more painful then when they are outside. IF it is not a hemmoroid it looks very cystic! Try a suppository of Preperation H for a week. IF it goes away great, if it doesn't go get it checked out by a doctor. At first I was thinking it might be an STD, but the rest of your anal area looks clean! It could also be a polop inside your anus - which of course is what a hemmoroid is. So the best thing to do is find out 1st IF it is a hemmoroid then go from there. Good luck and let me know how it goes OK?

Thanks for your reply, Bambi. :-)
I'm still torn between two possibilities. It's either A. A hemorrhoid, as you suggested, or B. A blood blister. Either one is not a cause for concern, but I'm going to give it a couple days. If the problem persists I'm going to a doctor.
Thank you again for your reply, having a second opinion (even if it's not professional) helps. :-)

Well a hemmoroid is a blood blister if you think about it!!! It defnitely looks like that doesn't it? Definitely try out the suppository not the cream, and let me know how it goes. And you are wrong by the way, I am a professional - in useless information, and entertainment questions!!!!! XD ;-) And for some reason ever since I was little I absorb medical information, I don't know why just do!!
