i had a misscarriage in dec. i found out jan 12. had dnc jan 13 and then had a normal period a fter that in feb now it has been over 2 months and no period with negative test results and i feel sick to my stomache headaches tired and dizzy

I had a DNC back in May for polyp removal. My pmsing has been terrible since then but I have been getting my periods. This month I spotted a little bit (red) and then it turned into a browninsh discharge (very little, not noticeable). I am 41 years old, never been pregnant, and I am fearing I may be entering into menopause. The woman in my family have had their periods until age 55. Could this be simple post DNC symptom. Is it normal? I sure hope so since I am now trying to get pregnant. I am not pregnant. Not on the pill either and have never taken hormones. Advice please.
