Hi, I have very big problem and I really don't know how to overcome it. Since I had car accident last year I have started to experience panic attacks. I remember it happened first time when I was in the bus and I suddenly felt that I cant breathe. I had to come out from the bus because I though I will collapse. Since than I am constantly experiencing panic attack and yesterday I also had it while I was in the shopping mall. I don't know what to do?

Hi, I know it may be very difficult but you have to explain yourself it all comes from your head. You have to be brave and fight with that problem and not retreat from it. As many space you give it to the fear that many space it will take it. When it happens try to breathe deep and slowly and to relax yourself. Don't let panic overcome you.
