I had surgery for a hammer toe and to fix my big toe from growing inwards on September 6th. The recovery has been a nightmare with constant severe pain from my Lupus not liking the pins. I had the pins removed Monday and the pain has lessened but not compleatly gone away. I want to know if anyone has had a similar surgery, and how the recovery has gone after the pins are removed. Is the worse most likely behind me? Or do I still have more nightmares to come?
