Hangover causes insomnia and mucus

I am 31 year old woman and in the last few years I seem to have developed the following allergies to alcohol. I wake up the next morning after having a few drinks feeling anxious, spaced out like brains have been mashed up with a fork, heart burn and a bad stomach and I also find I am completely blocked up with jelly like mucus in my throat and nose which once I have cleared I start to feel better slightly? Am I the only girl on the planet to suffer with this and why does this happen? Also whenever I have a drink even one I end up staying up most the night I will fall asleep for about an hour and then be wide awake all niht and completely unable to sleep at all. Often my eye lids twitch too while I aM trying so hard to sleep. I am really fed up with this and would love to hear any simular stories? Thank you
