Hi...I have a hard knot on top of right foot, about an inch above the big toe., feels like on top of the bone. Started about the size of a pea, now about the size of a quarter, spreading inward and outward. Its been there for months now, slowly growing , very seldom painful, usually when pressure is applied. Any idea what it could be?
