I have a swollen area on my back, feels hard like a knot, lower & to the left side. It is about the size of a quarter and is very sensitive to the touch, it has become red with a purplish tint. It goes up and down in size. Some weeks its smaller and less painful. Its not like a pimple because there is know way to pop it. It is very painful. Any suggestions of what it might be and how I can get some relief?
