Hard lump on my inside right leg

I have a hard painful lump on the back of my inside right leg. Not on my testicle but on the bit of leg that touches the the right hand testicle. It is hard shore and about the size of a spourt. It apeared about 2 days and I am very worried about it. I fear its cancerous

I am a virgin never had sexual intercourse. I don't smoke or do drugs but I am quite fat. It is a very painful and (looks) shore lump on the underneath of my skin. It causes me pain when I walk and its rubs against my other leg.

I had a similar one about 5 years ago in my right arm pit but that did go away after about a week.

I am scared and I don't know what the do. Secert is too for the last 5 years my one testicle hangs lower and is a bit of a different shape to my other one but Ive always thought that was normal but I'm grabbing at chances now it might not be and connected to this lump somehow.


I havn't told anyone else this and I don't know what to do? anyone got any ideas before I go the doctor?

EDIT: after sitting in the bath for an hour this morning the pain has eased a little on it but I don't think that means anything.
