I am a 20 year old male and have recently discovered a lump on the top right of my right testicle, it is very sensitive and slightly painful, and is about the size of a quarter. if anyone has any of idea of to what is going on please help me!

However, any lump that can be felt or sensed anywhere on the body should be examined by a doctor. It is better to be safe than sorry.
