Before opting for PVP Greenlight Laser Surgery for increasing LUTS issues, I was quite energetic, in very good health, good daily exercise and diet. I just couldn't pee worth a darn. I'm 4 months post op, and omitting the main post op issues, I have been dragging daily with fatigue. I feel I have about 50% of my normal energy, and get sleepy easily. The doc at my 3 month follow-up visit assured me it can take up to a year "for things to heal." That doctor, plus the doctor who actually performed the surgery were, in my opinion, well-seasoned and qualified. But the Urology dept at the hospital group is a sorry excuse for a practice...very little to no support directly post op, nor the months following. I get the "everybody's different" spiel, but I need to know if this fatigue is normal and typical. The amount of PVP GLL support post op literature is virtually non-existent. Has anyone had similar fatigue issues months out post GLL surgery?
