Hi,
i recently noticed that i have a few small, red bumps where my thighs rub.
they are close to my crotch.
i'm concerned because i've never had them before and they also hurt.
they just look like little red bumps...
i've been sexually active for about 3 years now.
i have had unprotected sex with my partner, so i'm worried
that it may be an STD or something...
any answers?

I think that you may want to see a doctor about this. If they are small red bumps that hurt to the touch, it could be an STD or a rash, and either way you'd want to get that cleared up as soon as possible. Normally I would guess them to be acne or ingrown hairs but those usually are not painful. I know it's probably a little worrisome right now but you will find a solution to your problem. Please keep us posted on your diagnosis!

Hi:
Although I cannot confirm anything, I feel that there is a high probability of an STD here, because you engage in unprotected sex. Sure, this could be a heat rash or just irritation, but you said that the bumps hurt. Do you know your partner's real history. Most people don't and a lot of people don't share that information. You should stop engaging in sexual activity until you have answers. Get to a health professional right away...I wish you the very best.
