Hello! Am an 18 year old female. I Have recently gone from a size 20 to a size 14-12 (U.K size).
While loosing this weight i started to feel unwell and now that i have stop loosing weight and just trying to maintain i still have the same symptoms. It's really affecting me, i've seen doctors, had blood test and no one been able to help.
These are the symptoms am having:
Nausea- and a weird feeling in my throat like a knot i cant really explain- although am able to eat fine
Constipated-
Weakness- some times i feel weak and with no energy
fatigue- i feel tired nearly all the time
Sleep- i use to sleep all night fine and now i wake up during the night, there are time that i wake up and my body feels like it has had no rest.
Periods- since i started to feel like this which has been around 5-6 months i haven't had my period.
Hair loss- I also been experiencing hair loss.. when i wash my hair and brush it i loose a lot which i didn't use to before
Head- feels heavy some time but not much
Back- i hate back pains which come and go suddenly it some time in the upper part and some time in the lower part and its like a burning sensation.
Ear- my ear blocks occasionally during the day and its usually my left ear/.
Mood- i have mood swings , sometimes i feel like everything around me annoys me.
when i eat sometime i feel out of breath and feel like eating too much.
am currently still eating the same amount of food as i was with the diet, but i've count down the time of exercise i was doing. now i do 30 minutes on a stepper and several routines to tone up such as crutches, knee lifting, press ups. e.c.t

Please help me, my family has suggested that i might be eating little, and as i lost so much weight am scared to put any back on as small as it might be i don't want to put any back on. So i really want to rule out what it might be as if it is my eating then ill eat a more, but if it's not the i won't be risking putting weight back on.
