I am a 21 year old male who .has Diencephalic syndrome.(this means I have an unusually big penis) And i was wondering how i could find a partner or make it more comfortable for both of us instead of my girlfriend hitting her cervix as she goes half way down and then she is in pain and i get minimal pleasure out of this because she can barely go 6 ins before she hits.( My doctor said it is about 19 1/2 ins) If you could get back to me soon that would be great.

The average depth to the cervix varies from about 3-7". 6" would be in the range. It varies too depending upon level of arousal.
It is NOT 19 1/2" deep to the cervix. That's the opening of the uterus. It'd be near the middle of her chest in that case. Yes the uterus can expand into that space but it's not like it's a big hollow void. It sort of collapses on itself.
Lots of women find deep penetration painful. You might try a different position.
Sometimes too, being a "big" guy has it's drawbacks. This is one of them.
