i have read other topics regarding the same issue where the head of the penis is not visible but just the foreskin. i confronted one of my female friends about the issue and saying that the foreskin should be able to retract to make the head visible, is there any way to stretch my skin of foreskin over my penis.

it never crossed my mind before because i dont have that much experience, and my past girlfriends never notified me about it. At this point i dont know if its to late to pull the skin back.

I did feel around to see and the foreskin moves so i dont think it is fused or anything but what can i do to expose my head. without circumsition
