i went to a local theme park a week ago on a load of rollercoasters that spin you upside down and every other way possible. since i got home that night ive had a headache and keep feeling dizzy. 

the headache is like a throbbing pain on the left side of my head around my temple and then radiates all over the left hand side of my head. ive been taking ibuprofen and parecetamol which eases it slightly for an hour or so but then it just comes back.

 the dizzyness doesnt make me feel like im going to fall over, just makes me feel wobbly and vacant. is there anything i should worry about as ive suffered with headaches and migraines since i was 10years old, which is now 20 years ago. doctor has always just said its tension and to take ibuprofen.  i am now reluctant to return to my doctor as im sure he just thinks im a hypocondriac. 

please advise.
