I am 20 years old. I take exercise irregularly. Whenever I run fast my heart beat becomes so high, and also when I do some illegal job i.e. i tell a lie or have situations or become angry the heart beat also raised.

I have the same situation bro! I am so scared cuz I dont want 2 die but sometimes it feels like I might. My heart beats so fast 4 no reason sometimes. But also when I am in a room with the tv on loud or something loud my heart starts speeding and I have no idea Y or how and it is scary.
