HELP!! I will wake up about 20 times after I first fall asleep because of very mild flutters. When I wake up I don't really know what happened. I think its my heart, and I also feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin. I finally lay awake and monitor my heart, and found that it isvery light flutters that is causing it. I have anxiety, and have had svt in the past. I have always had flutters, but never at night while i'm sleeping, at least not to the point that they wake me up. I'm very worried. Please help...has anyone else experienced this?

I too used to have those and thought my heart would stop. But I also had two bad teeth at the time and once I had those fixed it went away. I have heard that having a bad tooth can infect your heart. Also alcohol can change your heart rythm, hope this helps, if not see doctor

I was getting this consistently for several months and found a slight change in diet did the trick.  I cut back on carbs a bit and my friend recommended that I supplement with organic sea vegetables because they contain a full complement of minerals.   ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** web addresses not allowed***
