ok to start things off my symptoms only occur before i burp or have a bowel movement. My heart beats hard sometimes and other times it races, today i had chest pains and then my breathing feels shallow diabetis runs in the family but im not sure if i have it.
right now i feel as though im running on adrenaline, im kind of warm and sweaty and yet i sit in a normal temperature room
2 days ago i went a day without eating and ended up going to the medic at work (yea i work at a ball park) and he took my heartrate and said that i have an extra beat but it was still normal and steady at 80 bpm then i started to feel dizzy and for the second time in 6 monthes i had a citric reaction or an acidic reaction (my hands and arms and legs started to feel like they were falling asleep and then they tensed up to where i couldnt move) not sure which word he said. but it seems as though i only have the issues before i burp or pass gas.
please help its very uncomfortable sometimes ok now im sweating what the hell is wrong with me?

Go see a doctor now.
This doesn't sound right.
It's possible that the additional pressure of passing gas or burping is putting pressure on something that normally wouldn't be impacted.
Get checked out.
