So I work with a trainer and I just got put on to a new workout regiment Sunday night.  It's a very intense workout, with heavier weights and includes the entire body with weights.  So last ater this workout, Sunday night I came home and, even though my period was last week (over last wednesday), I found spotting in my underwear.  I also have increased vaginal discharge (no spotting).  No significant odor.  Is this something I should be concerned about?
