I had my Mirena IUD removed on April 30th 2007 and had 2 normal periods. Now this month (July) I was 9 days late and the first day was light and normal but today I was having extreme cramping and ended up bleeding through and passing a HUGE clot. roughly 6-7 inches long 1/2-1 inch wide, very gooey and bright red. Is it possible that I had a miscarriage?
