I am 15 and am moving away to london to a dance and drama college in sept. I am slightly overweight (size 12 trousers, 14 top and 14-16 dress)and would really benefit by loosing a bit of weight before i go and study professionally as it is important to be helthy in this profession.

My BMI is 27 and i would love it to get lower and be healthier in general as this profession requires me to be very fit and healthy.

i do gymnastics, dance, school pe and sometimes the gym and try to eat healthily with my school packed lucnhes ( we dont have dinners) and its started to come off and i feel healthier and better in myself, but i think ive put alot back on and im always comparing myself to my skinny friends and wish i could into a size 10 trousers and 12 top (as i have big boobs which need bigger tops) i hate having to go for a size 16 dress at my age!

please give me some tips.
