I am 22 years old and I weight 220 pounds. When I was in high school i wore size 7 in jeans and i loved the way i looked. I have been out of school for four years now and have been slowly putting on weight ever since. I wear a size 16 in jeans now. I recently got married (9 monthes ago) and i can't even fit into my wedding dress any more. I am so afraid that my husband will see what he's married and just up and change his mind one day. I look in the mirror every morning and feel discusted and sick to my stomach and how i look. I have tried everything from diet and exercise to diet pills. I have even tried some not so healthy things like not eating at all and laxatives, but nothing works. Can someone please help me. Are there any GOOD ways to lose weight?
